My husband and I started to pray and fast in July, specifically for promotion to the next band in his current position at HMRC. His manager advised that he would have to apply for a national campaign in order to be in the necessary reserve list. On 20th November 2019 we were praying in the morning GWOS meeting for those of us and our husbands that were standing in faith for promotions. and there were a number of us going for interviews. Glory to God, four weeks ago my husband received the exact promotion we were praying for and shortly afterwards he received another offer for a role in the Ministry of Justice, which he did not know about but was approached because he was in the reserve list. We prayed for one opportunity and God sent two! A few weeks on, we can now see that his current team will be dramatically changing and so this new role has better prospects and longevity.
