Godly Woman of Substance is a dedicated community-based organization committed to empowering women and young girls who have experienced the trauma of Emotional, Physical or Mental abuse.

Our mission is to provide the support, resources, and tools they need to make their own choices, regain their freedom, and take back control of their lives.

The journey from trauma to healing is not an easy one, but no one should have to walk that path alone. We recognize the profound and lasting impact that abuse—whether it be domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, abandonment or other forms of exploitation—can have on an individual’s emotional, mental, and physical well-being. At Godly Woman of Substance, we believe in the resilience and strength inherent in every woman and girl, and we are here to help them rediscover their power and potential.

Our comprehensive programs are designed to foster personal growth, promote emotional stability, and facilitate holistic healing. We create a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where participants can find solace, rebuild their lives, and regain their power. One-to-One Counseling & Coaching:We understand that each person’s healing journey is unique. Through personalized one-on-one situation assessment, we provide tailored support and counselling to help individuals explore their experiences, understand their emotions, and move forward with confidence. Our flexible scheduling ensures that individuals receive the support they need, whenever they need it.

Support Group Sessions:Our weekly therapeutic group sessions bring together up to 10 women in a supportive environment where they can share their stories, learn from each other, and grow together. These sessions are designed to build self-esteem, confidence, independence, and resilience, helping participants to regain control over their lives and relationships.

Empowering Workshops: Our workshops are focused on fostering emotional stability, building self-confidence, and developing self-identity. We provide practical tools and strategies to help individuals achieve self-mastery and reach their highest potential. Through these workshops, participants are empowered to lead fulfilling lives and become valuable contributors to society.

Financial Independence Support:We recognize that many survivors of abuse face the daunting challenge of becoming the sole providers for their children while simultaneously healing from trauma. Our goal is

These opportunities further enhance the growth and development of our participants, enabling them to expand their network and access additional resources on their journey to empowerment.
